Procedures:

Day 1 - Start with discussing current status of recovery planning, internal politics, reviewing company organization and complexity. Determine the organization's specific objectives (e.g. interim plan or full planning process? Presence of executive support?) Start Recovery Planning Training.
Day 2 - Complete training. Work through Phoenix to project the plan of attack and lay out the steps required for an interim plan full planning process.

Results:

Recovery plan content determined;
Recovery teams determined;
Vital recovery information identification and plan;
Your first draft recovery plan;
Staff trained; and
A project plan on how to proceed to the conclusion of your planning project.
